Do I have any pop art fans? If so, you’re gonna swoon over this modern pop art influenced home by Russian designer Dmitry Schuka. Fun, eclectic and colorful are three words that come to mind when looking at the space. The designer takes you on a visual journey as he gives each room its on own unique identity and mood. Dmitry tastefully mixes jet black, crisp white and flaming hot pink walls with gold accents, bold patterns and classic vintage furniture. The only wild card is the bedroom which doesn’t have the same level of boldness compared to the other rooms. Opting for subtle pastel colors, the bedroom has a very tranquil appeal to it making it appear somewhat out of place from the rest of the house. But overall I’m a fan of the design and could see myself living in this home.
The metallic gold console table with the graphic lettering is to die for. I have to find the source for that table.
Design Tip: Color coordinate books on the shelf for a more unitfied look.

Any thoughts? What was your favorite element in this design? What was your least favorite?
Stay tuned for Part 2 of Pop Art Influenced Interiors in tomorrow’s post. All Images courtesy of Dmitry Schuka.
